Registered Nurse

BLAIR HOUSE, SOUTHPORT,

WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR QUALIFIED NURSES TO JOIN OUR TEAM ON BANK SHIFTS.

You will assist the Home Manager in the planning directing and delivery of high quality person- centred care, and provide leadership and support to a team of unqualified staff; establish and maintain positive relationships with service users and their families and friends and liaise with external agencies.

You will be a qualified nurse RGN/RMN with experience of working with older people. You will be using your expertise to assess, plan, and implement plans of care and will champion a holistic person- centred approach and deliver research based professional nursing practice. You will have good communication skills and will be a strong team player.

Experience of working in a care environment desirable but not essential as support and supervision will be given. Full-time and part-time positions available both on days and nights. In return, we can offer you a competitive salary, 28 days annual leave and training and development.
