My Client is a Global Mobile Telecommunications Vendor. They are searching for a RAN Project Director to deliver 2G, 3G and 4G LTE Network Infrastructure across Russia. Must be Russian Speaking and must have worked for a Russian Operator or Mobile Telecoms vendor within Russia. Must have excellent man management skills. The successful candidates will be part of a Long term 12 Month Extendable Contract.
