Annapurna HR are currently working on a very exciting role with one of the UK's leading organisations. This is a very generalist role working closely with area managers. The role is covering a large geographical area consisting of the Midlands area and the South West of England, expected to be out in the field minimum of 2/3 days.
The ideal candidate will have experience with the below:
- OPERATIONAL HR
- MULTI-SITE ENVIRONMENT
- STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- ULRICH TYPE BUSINESS MODEL/BP MODEL
- CIPD QUALIFIED OR EQUIVALENT
