REFFERAL & ASSESSMENT -QSW-£27-£30PH

My client in South East England is currently looking for 2 Qualified Social Workers to join their Referral & Assessment team. This contract is initially 3 months with the chance of extension for the right candidate. They want someone to fill this role as soon as possible and they are offering an attractive rate.

You must be able to assess the needs of children, adults and families holistically and analytically, applying the Assessment Framework and other relevant frameworks and tools. You must also have experience undertaking initial and core assessments. You will have to engage and develop effective professional relationships with children and families. You will develop effective professional relationships with other professionals and organisations for the benefit of individual children and families in assessment, care planning and delivery.

To be considered for this role, candidates must be HCPC registered and have at least 2 years experience within a similar team. Ideally, candidates will also be a Car Driver and have a current DBS.
