Recruitment Strategy Manager

This role is to contract manage and develop the agency staff contract PROCESS.

The candidate will need to have a strategic approach to managing the contract - working in partnership with the contractor, HR and clients (hiring managers) to improve outcomes and achieve

Key performance indicators in including safeguarding/safer recruitment and savings. The candidate will also need skills and experience in operational contract management ensuring temporary roles are filled efficiently and effectively with high quality workers who are fully compliance checked. Ideally the candidate will have direct experience in managing HR contracts and understanding key HR considerations such as Agency worker regulations.

Skills and experience- To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate:

An understanding of the service delivery models used in the public sector for contracts managing permanent and temporary staff
Knowledge and a good track record in managing strategic, large value suppliers in the HR arena
The ability to work effectively with a range of professionals in service areas, demonstrating excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience of gathering, analysing and reporting on complex data relating in the category.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Being prepared to take on admin tasks (especially supplier set-up processes) and provide cover to other areas of professional services category as required.
