DURATION: 6+ Months Initially with possible extension
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in HR, business administration, or a related field
- Master's degree in HR or business administration (Desirable)
- Professional body (eg, CIPD, REC, etc.) member (Desirable)
- Permanent Recruitment bias - responsible for a case load of recruitment - up to 40 roles - experience of different attraction and selection approaches useful.
- Extensive resourcing experience
- Proven experience in areas of technical capabilities
- Proven experience in developing and evolving an organisation that interfaces with employees, vendors, HR business owners, unions and technology
- Private sector experience.
