Recruitment Specialist
For our client in the Insurance industry, we are currently looking for a Recruitment specialist to join their team
In the Human Resources Management HR Expert Center we are looking for a (recruitment specialist) recruitment specialist. In this function you perform different recruitment assignments.
Tasks:
You coordinate the recruitment assignments you are entrusted with and undertake the following actions:
- analyze the content of the function and the requested profile;
- undertake the necessary recruitment actions in accordance with the requested profile;
- telephone screenings of candidates;
- The selection talks lead to discussion of psychometric tests
- to negotiate and sign the labor contracts.
- Administration of recruitment: submission forms, invoice tracking, email, phones etc.
- Guiding to internal clients in the recruitment process
Profile:
- You hold a Bachelor or Master, preferably in Psychology or Humanities.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment
- Knowledge insurance is a plus
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and French
- You preferably have a license from SHL (psychometric tests)
- You are customer oriented, proactive, dynamic, communicative strong and a good colleague
