Recruitment Specialist

I am looking to hire a Recruitment Specialist for one of my public sector client.

Job Location would be either Leeds or London.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

Extensive knowledge of IT/Digital Recruitment Skilled in Social Media and it's role within vacancy filling process, including, LinkedIn, Twitter Ability to organise hackathons, (end to end process) Ability to communicate at all levels, including senior leaders

- Someone with ambition who can work without direction and use initiative.
- Ability to advise teams on user journeys and what makes the best and most shareable content with high social impact.
- Confident in different social media models and be up for the challenge of taking a leading role in the development of our currently basic social media strategy.
- You will need to be able to demonstrate and prove your exceptional track record in social media management and are looking for a role where you can use and develop your skills, experience and knowledge in a fast paced and evolving Recruitment team
