Recruitment Specialist

Primary Purposes of Position:

* Ensures delivery of high quality recruitment support to in the UK while working on longer term recruitment projects where required.

* Develop and implement strategy to achieve targeted goals for direct recruitment for identified recruitment campaigns

Main Duties to be performed:

* Liaise with managers, agencies, HR

* Conduct interviews and guide managers

* Plan and manage recruitment strategy and campaigns in collaboration with the line managers for permanent and contract roles

* Ensure that the recruitment activity is looked at in a systematic, organised manner and vacancies are filled in a timely manner that facilitates departmental goals.

* Negotiate and maintain PSL structure and manage relationships with

* Develop and maintain recruitment process offering a saving strategy and dealt timely manner.

* Responsible for providing recruitment metrics (ie. Agencies' performance reports) and making recommendations moving forward.

* Contribute to global staffing projects.

* Be part of designing and implementing assessment centres with external consultants whenever appropriate.

Specifics of Position:

Strong recruitment background gained in a dedicated recruitment role(s).
* Ideally with have agency recruitment experience.
* Good understanding of recruitment market, methodologies and trends.
* Preferably with pharmaceutical and/or general market R&D recruitment background.
* Ability to manage projects alongside day to day operational activity.

* Excellent communication and influencing skills. Effective information gatherer, networker and assessor of candidates
