POSITION

Recruitment Sales Manager - Practice Head, Technology - Contracts Team.

THE COMPANY

THE ROLE

This role is to work closely with our Recruitment Sales Director of Contracts in the continued growth of our contracts business. The contract team has seen some fantastic growth and hit several best ever achievements this year alone, because of this we are looking to invest in this business unit and further build out the team. We Expect this team to at least double in the next 18 months.

The role will involve building on the stability and knowledge of the individuals already in place, manage and develop client relationships and existing business, rationalising and refining processes as well as training and developing the staff internally to make the contract team a key player in the marketplace.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Help motivate, manage, develop, train contracts team in line with corporate training plans and on desk support.

* Be externally focussed and have strong Business Development focus personally and through team - grow the team client portfolio, billing initially.

* Cross-sell with perm and other practice lines and deliver into existing client base

* Build out a successful team billing into core digital Technology markets.

* You will have complete support from an experienced senior management team

* Hiring of new recruitment consultants and building team infrastructure when needed

* Appraisals and Consultant reviews

* You will need to have a sound understanding of contract legal requirements and regulations

* Work with senior management and take on strategic projects as and where necessary

* Expectation to lead from the front, attend client meeting, be involved in big pitches and billing etc

* Be seen as a leader within the business.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS

* You will probably been a big contracts biller and or Team Leader with successful track record

* Previous track record of building a small team and recruited successful Recruitment Consultants

* Strong Business Development experience - winning and developing brand name accounts.

* This could be a role for someone who has had some leadership. Management experience and wants to transition to manager growing and developing a larger business.

* Minimum 3 years Agency recruitment experience

* You will have an appreciation of how to manage different personalities

* You will have proven track record of implementing successful solutions with clients and consultants.

* Target driven with a desire to achieve sales and performance targets

* Ability to present and communicate at all levels

* Ability to drive success through others
