Recruitment Professional - Dublin
11 Month Assignment (opporutnities for permanency with Harvey Nash directly following a completion of contract)
Basic salary above market rate and excellent benefits package including VHI, pension, etc.
Harvey Nash has an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to join one of their clients for the duration of 11 months. The company is a leading global provider of advertising platforms online with additional portfolio of online services and products and is looking for few experienced recruiters to join their teams.
You will have prior experience recruiting within one or all of these areas: sales, customer service, account management or digital media.
As a member of this team:
- You will manage candidate process and act as a candidate advocate.
- Evaluate skill level and manage the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/declines.
- Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management and other groups as necessary.
- Responsible for sourcing candidates through networking, Internet postings, university relations, etc.; constantly generating pipeline.
- Compile and update reports for job openings, hires, and post-hire summaries for hiring managers.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree. In lieu of degree, relevant work experience
- Solid experience in a corporate staffing environment
- Possess solid sourcing and candidate development skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
- Client management and negotiation expertise
- Demonstrated strong administrative skills; PC proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel
- Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems
