Recruitment Partner

Recruitment Partner required to take on a key role managing the end-to-end Recruitment process working at AstraZeneca in Alderley Edge.

As the Recruitment Partner you will be responsible attracting, sourcing and presenting outstanding talent. You will work with key stakeholders, enabling the business to effectively select and hire the right candidates.

Typical Accountabilities:

- Deploy a broad and deep range of hiring activity to enable Astra Zeneca to source, attract and recruit outstanding talent at the right time and in the right markets.
- Develop strong and effective working relationships with our preferred suppliers where appropriate and take ownership for directly sourcing talent based on market research or referred candidates if possible.
- Based against SET Area demand and from the predicted SWP trends for our key markets, build a pipeline of anticipated talent ensuring that high potential candidates remain engaged with the business.
- Understand how recruitment happens in different geographic markets within the Region and how this translates into effective candidate sourcing, candidate attraction and candidate management.
- Utilise the information and guidelines provided in the recruitment marketing and employer branding framework and toolkit to tailor and execute marketing activity within the region.
- Explore new and innovate recruitment channels based on market insight aligned to customer need.
- Advise hiring managers on the most appropriate sourcing strategy to attract outstanding talent into the business and make recommendations on how to effectively manage the interview and selection processes.
- Project management, including managing external partners and ownership of individual pieces of recruitment and recruitment campaigns as well as managing the candidate relationship, giving feedback when necessary and acting as a point of contact within the business for candidates in a recruitment process.
- Utilise relevant media and technology channels to drive the best possible recruitment solution.
- Ensure that we maximize the best available market referral knowledge from our newly hires who join AZ.
- Ensure that all new hires have been entrusted to HR to affect a seamless on boarding and orientation into AZ.
- Take a flexible approach to the role responding to the needs of the business by deploring different skills and activities at different times.

For this role you should have strong experience of recruitment delivery within an internal recruitment function of a complex organisation. You should have experience of managing suppliers and of recruitment marketing and employer branding.
