RECRUITMENT OFFICER/STUDENT RECRUITMENT OFFICER

To work within the student recruitment team to meet volume recruitment targets and KPIs by building strong campus relationships; implementing quality events at target universities and ensuring excellent candidate/assessor experience at all assessment events.

TASKSex SIP/IP students and all accepted or outstanding offers (with a view to maximising conversion rates)
- Management and direct ownership of campus pipelines at an individual student level from attraction through to conversion and 'keep warm' activities
- Meet if not exceed all campus KPI's and targets
- Management of appropriate campus team budgets providing detailed monthly analysis of spend and activities
- Provision of campus statistics to campus teams and campus team manager
- Liaise with HRSSC Marketing Administrator to ensure appropriate administrative work has been completed
- Build in-depth portfolio of campus knowledge and use to support campus strategy and make effective use of resources available
- Overall responsibility for running regular final stage selection events. This will include managing the candidate experience from start to finish, facilitating the debrief session and ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of the day.
- Providing good quality feedback to assessment centre candidates within an established time frame
- Work with student managers on key aspects of recruitment process such as systems management, reporting, interview and assessor training
- Produce reports from candidate management system for inputting into student management information pack where required
- Ownership of or involvement in new student initiatives and projects where necessary
