Recruitment Officer/Consultant

Recruitment Officer(s) to join our existing team in Guildford/Gloucester/London

You will be pro-active, decisive and confident. You will need strong personal time management and prioritisation skills. You will be confident in your ability to present information to the Hiring Partners. You will need a strong technical recruitment background with a clear understanding of software development technologies.

Essential Requirements
* Previous recruitment experience. You will have recruited IT/Technology candidates.
* Customer facing skills - ability to build relationships with (senior) line managers.
* Attention to detail, with strong Excel (and other Microsoft packages) skills.
* SuccessFactors experience preferred
* iGrasp experience preferred
* Experience recruiting in Europe and ME preferred

Deliverables
* Meet headcount requirements set by the relevant business unit, by delivering an excellent recruitment service.
* Identify suitable sourcing strategies, with a particular focus on direct candidate attraction campaigns.
* Accurately produce management information reports on candidate pipeline and help present the information to recruiting managers on a weekly basis.
* Proactively suggest improvements in recruitment process.
