The Resourcing and Workforce Planning Manager will oversee the smooth running of the department, working across the recruitment, resource management and workforce planning areas, identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement.
Essential Skills/Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge and experience of recruitment practices within central government organisations
- Experience of Workforce Planning
- Prior experience of Resource management
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Commercial/contract management
Candidates must have, or be willing to undergo, security clearance to SC level.
