Responsible for managing all aspects of the staffing process for several functional client groups/programs with the organization.
Recruitment of all types of positions within the operating environment that may include: Engineering, Information Management, Office Staff, Facilities, etc.

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities
Managing sourcing, screening and intervening candidates for open positions through various channels, including internal position responses, transfers, employee referrals, Internet advertisements,search firms, direct recruiting, and customer specific proprietary databases, or other channels.
Act as a consultant and main point of contact for the client by offering creative and effective staffing solutions, conducting needs analysis, presenting qualified candidates, reviewing recruiting results etc. Manages the tracking of the recruitment databases and staffing metrics for client programs.
Ensure that candidates short listed for next level of interviews are of high calibre.
Ensure that interviews are carried out in compliance with current employment legislation.
Provide detailed notes of interview and evaluation of candidates.
Ensure that company is represented in a professional manner at all times.

Recruitment Specialist

Organising and conducting Pre screening telephone calls

Liaising with Line Managers and candidates

Short listing candidates

Organising and attending interviews/assessment centres

Using LinkedIn and other recruiting methodologies as required

Contract admin as required

Organizing advertising/liaising with job boards

Role will depend on capability of candidate - would suit recruitment agency consultant or candidate with strong recruiting background.

Role is not necessarily suitable for HR professional who has never worked in pure recruiting volume role. Individual must have a can do' attitude - must be able to take on admin tasks as well as be confident pre screening.

The 2 sites that this role supports are both R&D and Manufacturing, but with related functions too, so experience in this area would be beneficial.
