My client, a leading insurance company, have a requirement for a Recruitment Delivery Manager

The Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Recruitment Delivery Manager acts as the primary interface between the client and the UK delivery team.

You will gain a thorough understanding of the business forecast and staffing plans as well as the complexities and dynamics of the client's business. You will be responsible for leading the UK delivery team, ensuring first class service delivery, adherence to SLA's and compliance along with adding financial and operational value to the client.

As the Recruitment Delivery Manager your main responsibilities will involve:

- Lead the UK delivery team in making sure SLA's are consistently met, drive business engagement, set the UK sourcing strategy and monitor ROI, provide up to date and comprehensive MI information and always be looking at ways to improve and drive efficiency into our service offering
- Adhere to client's RPO Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with legal requirements and labour laws.
- Work with business contacts to gather hiring demand forecast. Ensure appropriate internal approvals for open roles are managed
- Partner closely with the key client stakeholders, Global VP Talent, UK HRD, HRBP's .

Skills

- Extensive recruitment experience, to include RPO service management.
- Strong team management and leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and grow successful relationships and drive business behavioural change.
- Extensive experience in direct hiring model such as headhunting, search, advertising, database search and referral campaigns.
- Experience in setting souring strategies, building talent pipelines and preparing executive reporting decks etc
