Recruitment Consutlant - Permanent - Amsterdam

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for individuals with fluent English language skills to help build a world class, Global Candidate Delivery Centre based in Amsterdam.

In this role you will be responsible for growing your candidate portfolio in a niche technology space by acquiring new candidates and maximising existing relationships in the market. You will build strong relationships with your candidates and deliver them best in class service, building and maintaining your talent pool to enabling rapid response to client needs.

Global Enterprise Partners is a rapidly expanding organisation with a Global Footprint, currently partnering multi-national customers to deliver Enterprise Software Project Teams in over 100 Countries worldwide.

To succeed in this role, you will have/be:

- Bachelor or master degree
- Previous experience in a Sales or Customer Services Environment
- Highly ambitious
- Target driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Extremely resilient with the ability to perform in highly challenging environments
- Living in Amsterdam or willing to relocate.
