An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant - On-Site to join our client, international financial services company based in London (Docklands)

Key responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant - On-Site will include:
-Develop and cultivate excellent working relationships with business stakeholders to build in-depth understanding of business drivers to enable Resourcing to drive talent value
-Lead and co-ordinate end-to-end recruitment service to the business, including being accountable for proactively communicating and updating key stakeholders
-Act as a single point of contact from the Resourcing team for relevant Business Area Executives, HRBP's and escalation point for hiring managers
-Ensure recruitment services provided to business area complies with the internal operating levels between Resourcing and Business areas
-Build relationships and work in partnership with wider HR teams (Reward, Talent and Learning) to ensure consistency and ease of process
-Operational Excellence
-Consult with the business to support targeted attraction strategies for relevant business area based on the business drivers/strategy, research and analysis.
-Engage with our preferred recruitment suppliers and build working partnerships to deliver the right talent.
-Work closely with HRBP's and Business Area hiring managers/executives to provide Resourcing expertise on strategic projects.
-People Champion
-Establish working relationship with Resourcing Partner colleagues globally to ensure consistent delivery to the business area
-Be a team player to immediate and wider OT&F Resourcing team, supporting colleagues with daily responsibilities and knowledge share
-Support line manager in developing and driving consistent resourcing service
-Ensure a consistent service offering with their aligned business area and maintenance of wider resourcing operating levels.
-Driver of Change
-Ability to identify continuous improvement to process and ways of working, and seek to propose changes accordingly
-Understand market drivers and changes and raise risks/opportunities with team and manager

The ideal Recruitment Consultant - On-Site will possess the following attributes/skills:
-Ensure delivery is in line with global policies
-Adhere to global resourcing process, ensuring 100% compliance to process
-Provide timely communications to the business on internal policies and external recruitment legislation.
-Escalation of non-compliance/recruitment related risks to line manager and others as appropriate
-Ensure compliance to all audit requirements for selection and strategy, working in partnership with delivery on to ensure compliance on all audit requirements.
-Manage spend against 'owned' cost centres, clear approvals/oversight of spend
-Experience of financial services recruitment up to and including Director level
-Experience of specialist/niche hiring with demonstrable knowledge and experience of specific specialist recruitment
-Strong organisation and planning skills
-Proven stakeholder management across a breath of business and HR stakeholders
-Understanding of industry standards around 'best practise' recruitment
-Experience of managing and owing Resourcing data Knowledge of Relevant Employment Legislation
-Understanding of different recruitment methods and techniques and competency models
