Recruitment Consultant, O&G or Engineering

We are looking for a Trainee/Recruitment Consultant to join us in our Manchester & Aberdeen offices immediately recruiting into the Oil and Gas and Engineering industries. The role itself involves using your sales, persuasion and networking skills to contact potential clients, then find the best candidates to meet their needs. You'll manage the whole interview process, relaying feedback, selling candidates to clients and job opportunities to candidates. Then you'll negotiate to close the best deal for all parties.

In addition to fantastic incentives such as holidays to Marbella, Las Vegas and Ibiza, lunch clubs at Michelin star restaurants and company cars, we offer a lucrative uncapped commission structure on top of a competitive basic salary. You can expect to earn £30-K- £35K OTE in year one alone! In the third year it is possible for £60-K- £75K OTE

We are looking for talented, ambitious salespeople with 12-18 months of B2B,B2C, telesales or recruitment experience. An ideal candidate will be career minded, motivated and have a real drive to forge a successful career for themselves.
