Recruitment Consultant

If successful, you will be responsible for facilitating the in store recruitment of potential Customer/sales advisers for the retail estate. You will manage the process end to end, building and maintaining relationships with both Hiring Managers and Candidates alike and giving direction to hiring manager where needed.

The ideal candidate must:
*have previous experience working in recruitment and with high volume demands.
*be confident in working under pressure and to tight deadlines as this is a high volume and high demand area of the business.

Location: Bristol
Pay rate: £10 - 11.80 PH
Contract: Temporary - ongoing
Start Date: Immediate
