Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment Consultant - Operational/transactional Recruitment - 6 month contract - £200 - £310 pd

Our client is a FTSE 100 organisation and is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team on an initial 6 month contract basis. The successful Recruiter will report to the Recruiting Manager and will provide professional support to the staffing team. This role is an operational and transactional recruitment role.

Experience Required:

- Proven experience in recruiting administration and interviewing and managing all communication for candidates through the recruitment life cycle
- Experience in volume base recruiting in a multiple job role environment
- Attracting candidates through a variety of sources - 3rd parties, job boards, LinkedIn, direct attraction etc
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Provide accurate MI on conversion ratios and time to hire
- Good computer literacy in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Responsibilities:

- Assist the recruiting Manager with sourcing candidate using various channels or innovative sourcing techniques
- Owning and managing candidate relationships
- Ensure external adverts are compliant local employment laws
- Handle day-to-day coordination of candidates including interview scheduling
