Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment Consultant - Oil and Gas experience - 6 month contract - £250 - £350 per day

Our client is a FTSE 100 organisation and is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their team on an initial 6 month contract basis. The successful Recruiter will report to the recruiting Manager and will provide professional support to the staffing team. This role will involve contact and exposure to all levels of management.

Experience Required:

- Proven experience in recruiting administration and interviewing
- Experience in volume base hiring in a multiple job role environment
- Experience in executing digital targeted sourcing (ie use of Linked-In)
- Possess stakeholder management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good computer literacy in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- The ideal candidate will have experience within a FTSE 100 organisation and/or within the Oil and Gas industry

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Recruiting Manager with sourcing candidate using various channels or innovative sourcing techniques
- Owning and managing candidate relationships
- Ensure external adverts are compliant local employment laws
- Handle day-to-day coordination of candidates including interview scheduling
