Our client, a large broadcasting client is currently recruiting Recruitment Co/ordinator for a 6 week contract based in Osterley, West London. This role is starting as soon as possible.

. Managing Starting Out inbox to respond to general enquiries and direct specific queries to the appropriate team member

. Setting up and maintaining applicant data; managing applications, inviting and managing candidates at the test stage, managing the telephone interview system and inviting candidates through to Assessment Centres

. Ensuring that the applicant tracking system (Taleo) is up to date including activities such as sending out feedback, declines, invitations and keep warm emails

. Issuing instructions to candidates for submitting expenses followed by processing and tracking expense requests and ensuring prompt payment

. Preparing all relevant documentation for Starting Out events

. Processing offers including preparation and issue of letters, and tracking the returned documents

. Check candidate eligibility and right to work in the UK, using discretion when dealing with sensitive documents

. Organising room/venue bookings, travel arrangements and catering for assessment days and SO events

. Responsibility for managing all invoices including raising and receipting of purchase orders and ensuring budget tracker is kept up to date

. Arranging travel and processing expense claims for the SO team directly
