Recruitment Advisor

Recruitment advisor required for a leading global utilities company based in Bellshill. The candidate will be required to provide an effective, efficient and professional internal and external recruitment advisory service to managers with a focus on standard recruitment to ensure that the right person is recruited to the right position at the right time.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:- - Previous in-house recruitment knowledge
- Previous experience in sourcing suitable candidates through database search via various channels
- Experience of working in an advisory capacity to ensure effective management of operational standard recruitment.
- Ability to advise on recruitment and selection policies and procedures, including changing best practice, to implement solutions to enable to attract the right calibre of candidate
- Knowledge of employment legislation, especially that affecting recruitment and selection
- Knowledge of a range best practice recruitment methodologies and experience
- Ability to work in partnership with the business to provide support for operational recruitment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Customer service focused

Minimum Skills required:- - Knowledge of employment legislation, especially that affecting recruitment and selection
- Knowledge and experience of a range of best practice recruitment and selection methodologies and experience in their use
