Our financial services client based in London requires an In-house Recruitment Administrator to join their fast paced Digital Programme. The role requires an immediate start for an initial 6 month contract.

The chosen candidate will support the Head of Resourcing and Resourcing Manager for Digital with all resourcing administration activity. Managing the end to end recruitment administration for all roles, you will be required to ensure approvals are in place for all new and extended roles, manage the candidate database and candidate applications, checking all information is complete.

To be successful the candidate will have proven experience of working in an in-house resourcing team (sitting within the business assigned to a programme/business function), with experience of hands on recruitment managing all administration. Excellent Excel skills are required with the ability to produce MI on resourcing activity. Excellent organisational skills with ability to professionally challenge and influence decisions.
