- Experience in recruiting and HR support
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Assist with posting internal and external job opportunities for Asset Management Services
- Screen and evaluate applicant pool for minimum requirements
- Assist with coordination of internal interviews and timely candidate feedback
- Work with HR First representative to ensure compliant handling of external job postings
- Support HR Communications with scheduling and coordination of roundtables and other events
- Other HR support projects as needed or assigned
- Handle all tasks with discretion, accuracy and a client-centric focus
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Three to five (3 - 5) years' experience in recruiting and/HR support
- Create an excellent candidate care experience for applicants through the selection process.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Powerpoint
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Able to work independently and able to contribute to a team effort.
- Good Communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to follow instructions and ask questions to be clear about what needs to be done.
- Must be able to work efficiently and with a high degree of discretion
