THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- Recruiting Administration Skills
- SAP
- Human Resources/Recruitment Operations/Administration
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Post requisitions to various recruitment sources
- Coordinate interview schedules between the hiring managers and jobseekers
- Work with candidate and travel to coordinate interview travel
- Create offer letters
- Facilitate background/medical checks
- Complete new hire paperwork and enter new hire information
- Work on special projects, as assigned
- Seek out opportunities to improve process efficiency
- Mentor and train fellow Recruiting Administrators
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant work experience; candidates with a High School diploma or equivalent and seven (7) years of relevant work
- Thorough understanding of recruiting administration process and procedures
- Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
- Solid background in SAP systems
- Prior experience in Human Resources or Recruitment Operations or Administration in a corporate environment
