Benefitfocus is looking for a Recruiter (temp) to hire a variety of talent for Benefitfocus.

The successful candidate will partner with executives in delivering innovative and strategic solutions to recruiting challenges. The candidate will be a high energy, intelligent professional who thrives in a challenging, entrepreneurial, fast-paced, dynamic environment and will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

- Build a pool of highly skilled technical candidates by utilizing the company database, Internet sources, networking and other recruiting sources.
- Partner with the engineering teams to understand and qualify client requirements and evaluate candidates against those requirements.
- Screen potential candidates to meet those job requirements and core competencies.
- Extend and negotiate offers to selected candidates

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for a software technology company
- Self -motivated, driven, and energetic with an exceptional work ethic
- A positive attitude with the ability to handle candidate objections
- The ability to project confidence and enthusiasm over the telephone
- The ability to problem solve and think creatively
- The ability to build relationships with candidates
