RECRUITER/TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER needed for a six (6) MONTH CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Cambridge, MA.

What You'll Be Doing:

- You will support and co-ordinate talent sourcing efforts locally and beyond the USA if necessary
- Build the professional excellence of the Talent Acquisition team; drive talent attraction strategies with the Line Managers, HR Business Partners and the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, deliver superior recruitment operations and services end to end.
- Consult to Hiring Line Managers and HRBP's on full range of staffing matters including hiring strategy overall, talent sourcing, selection, offer process (incorporate workforce planning)
- Be proactive in the execution of and lead the talent acquisition activity from identification of need through to acceptance of offer by best candidate available
- Construct the offer and liaise with Compensation and Benefits in accordance with benchmarks and company policy guidelines
- Use expert knowledge to differentiate and select best sourcing methodology (eg social media, outsourced contingency or retained search agencies, internal talent pools, personal networks etc.) also leveraging competitive intelligence
- Track and report detailed statistics in accordance with KPI's, analyze for trends and act accordingly to ensure optimum productivity is achieved for this specified project
- Demonstrate full compliance in use of ATS - Brassring - and other authorized tracking tools, such as LinkedIn

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- A demonstrated history of successful full cycle recruitment, preferably in the biotech/pharma space, but not required.
- Demonstrated experience in understanding and measuring candidates against unique cultural expectations.
- Position also entails managing candidate expectations and communications, and negotiating offers; and advising and making offer recommendations to clients.
- BS degree or equivalent experience and six to ten (6 - 10) years of experience in volume recruitment of employees in a Pharmaceutical/Biotech environment preferred.
- Key competencies are; results driven, ability to work in a Matrix environment, collaboration, business acumen, communication skills and innovative problem solving
