Projektbeschreibung

Duties:

Participate in interview panels, advise on selection procedures and write interview reports;
Liaise with staff of the Agency on a variety of HR issues and in particular on recruitment matters
Monitor selection procedures and all follow-on actions to ensure timely appointment of selected candidates.

Requirements:

Experience in Human Resources, preferably in the Recruitment area, to include experience in conducting interviews and facilitating interview panels
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Sound experience with Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word and Human Resources Management systems (Taleo preferred)
Experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements;
Knowledge of assessment and competence instruments
