RECRUITER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in EAST HANOVER, NJ.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Strong Microsoft Office applications experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of pharmaceutical recruiting experience required
- Bachelor's degree
- Brass Ring experience a plus as well high volume recruiting experience required
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for providing life cycle recruitment processes to fill vacancies and proactively build relationships with internal and external candidates to meet current and future hiring needs
- Manage talent sourcing, recruiting, hiring and on-boarding of new hires
- Monitor and report on candidate pipeline identification
- Utilizing the applicant tracking system - guide process flow from opening of a job req in system to onboarding candidate
- Educate line managers on HR core staffing processes and resolve issues
- Advise line managers on recruitment sourcing and recruiting strategies and practices to effectively yield hires.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Strong Microsoft Office applications experience

- Clinical/medical experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree
- Brass Ring experience a plus as well high volume recruiting experience required
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
