RECRUITER needed for a CONTRACT HIRE opportunity with Yoh's client located in WILMINGTON, DE.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Five (5+) years of experience as a high volume recruiter
- Strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Ensure effective recruiting strategies are implemented for recruiting processes with external and internal contacts.
- Provide total staffing service to clients, eg recruitment strategy, sourcing, and candidate assessment and selection.
- Design, develop, and execute internal and external sourcing strategies.
- Research new staffing techniques and suggests enhancements to existing staffing programs.
- Lead and participate as part of the recruiting team to provide high quality, timely and cost-effective staffing services to internal customers.
- Build relationships with candidate pools and ensures timely communication regarding placement decisions.
- May be called upon to provide recruitment needs that are more advanced, ie technical expertise, recruitment of more senior professionals and more complicated client projects.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Minimum five (5) plus years recruiting experience, managing the full life cycle from requisition to offer.
- Strong background in developing and executing sourcing strategies for technical professionals in a manufacturing environment (Engineering, R proven ability to effectively work with internal management, including senior level management.
- Ability to work well in a Matrix management structure (eg, multiple decision-making leaders/organizations).
- Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record of delivering quality service.
- Experience with ATS systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in teams.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with TALEO preferred.
