RECRUITER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Holly Springs, NC.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Recruiting experience
- Must have a strong understanding in sourcing candidates, utilizing job boards, LinkedIn and networking methods

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Recruits, interviews and recommends placement of candidates from both internal and external sources.
- Consults with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates.
- Extends offers to selected candidates and may arrange for relocation.
- Conducts recruiting efforts for a broad range of engineering, administrative, scientific, professional, and managerial positions with a goal of facilitating the right hire in a timely manner.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Recruiting experience in biotechnology industry preferred; experience in an engineering and manufacturing environment highly desired.
- Experience recruiting for Matrix structured global organizations preferred.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking software is required
- Solid understanding of OFFCP guidelines and recruiting techniques utilizing available technology and best practices

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Recruiting experience in biotechnology industry preferred; experience in an engineering and manufacturing environment highly desired.
