- Three years Recruiting experience preferably in IT or engineering.
- Understanding of technology, technology roles and technical skills
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Successfully review job descriptions in to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well to ask questions that'll help you identify the right candidate(s). This is by far the most important skill a technical recruiter needs.
- Reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates that you see as a possible fit for the position requirements.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Experience successfully reviewing job descriptions to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well asking questions that'll help you identify the right candidate(s).
