WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Requires candidate sourcing skills on a national level for hiring locations
- Daily role will include sourcing candidates, screening and qualifying candidates based on requirements of the position(s)
- Develop and maintain candidate networks/pipelines and candidate tracking and OFCCP recordkeeping
- Compensation analysis and offer negotiations
- Provide supplemental sourcing as needed
- Will partner with the business unit hiring and HR organizations to ensure hiring requirements are achieved will interface with Program Management and above on hiring needs and will advise and support business development staff, will provide proposal support and task management when needed.
- Will also guide management through the hiring process, develop sourcing plans and advise senior management on hiring strategy and implementation plans for complex programs, ie incumbent capture, new business, proposal activity, etc.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Knowledge of Application Software Engineers (Java)
- Implementation and maintenance of Talent Communities
- Ability to influence all levels of management
- Contribute to the success of the entire Talent Acquisition organization

- Experience sourcing candidates with TS/SCI polygraph clearances
