One of the current challenges and priorities is the recruitment of digital and IT profiles.

Function Description
For the Selection part, we are currently looking for a new person who will focus on 2 key roles
? CV screening and Phone / Video screening of digital and IT profiles
? Follow-up and reporting on the status of the CV's
On a daily basis, you manage the selection process for a candidate.
You will be responsible to provide screening actions on candidates for our job offers. You will perform cv screenings, phone screenings with candidates in order to
provide clear reports and come up with a first filter on all the received candidates.
In this, your stakeholders will be the business HR partners and the external suppliers of assessment centers. In this, you will act as a real partner.
You have a swift and accurate follow-up of your selection activities in Talentlink and can brief business HR or assessor if needed

Je profiel: Required knowledge / Experience

Master in psychology or equivalent by experience in recruitment & selection

French Fluent
Dutch Fluent
English Fluent

Experience in " Recruitment & Selection" with a knowledge of IT and Digital profiles.

Technical Experience
Expert Recruitment & Selection
Experience with a e-recruitment tool
Knowledge of IT and Digital profiles

Business Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as recruiter in the IT, Digital, Marketing.

Experience in other industries is an asset.
