RECRUITER - LIFE SCIENCE/LOCAL LAWS/ENGLISH/GERMAN/WORKDAY
Project/Role:
For one of our clients we are looking for a Recruiter with excellent knowledge and experience in the role as a Recruiter for Life Science. The role is a contract position for 6 months (with strong possibility of extension) close to Lucerne, Switzerland.
Main Tasks:
- Searching for the right talents for our client
- Select and hire new employees to meet the business needs
- Handle candidate workflow
- Identify and manage preferred recruitment strategies with the hiring manager
- Build credibility and trust as an internal consultant on recruitment topics, coach line management on best practices,selection and assessment in recruitment and partner up with stakeholders
Skills/Requirements:
- Compliance and knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
- Knowledge in using variety of sourcing and selection tools
- Over 3 years successful track record as recruiter in global environment (life science) or executive search company
- Passion for setting up relationships and networking in the local and international market
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong self-starter, very good team skills, service orientated
Education:
- University degree or equivalent
Language:
- English - Proficient
- German - Proficient
