An exciting opportunity has arisen for a WELSH SPEAKING RECRUITER to join our team in Cardiff on a 9 MONTH CONTRACT.

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to fill vacancies in line with agreed timescales, quality and performance ratios, building relationships with all Hiring Managers to ensure that the client experience exceeds expectations. Our Recruiters ensure that we provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Recruiter's must be fluent welsh speakers with a demonstrable understanding of the recruitment industry and the end-to-end processes and care required to provide an exemplary recruitment experience.

Their core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Acting congruently with the Capita culture acting as a role model and taking an active role in the functioning of the Recruitment Team
*Escalating any resourcing issues to the CRM, ie low calibre of responses or volumes etc
*Working closely with the Hiring community including regular face to face meetings
*Liaising with the translation agency on translating job descriptions prior to advertising
*Translation of all adverts from English to Welsh
*Proof reading and translating all new employee contracts
*Providing a translation service for our client's website
*Covering for the Welsh HR team when necessary
*Checking all Welsh CRB checks
* Building and maintaining a strong knowledge of the client and developing key relationships with the hiring community
* Managing and adhering to the full recruitment process from receipt of a role to candidate on-boarding
* Direct sourcing, candidate screening, organising interviews, ensuring candidates are fully briefed and receive full, relevant feedback.
* Talent attraction and developing innovative methods of attracting and retaining excellent candidates
* Candidate care, ensuring a positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment process
* Supplier Liaison

Skills and Experience

* Experience of working within the recruitment industry with good knowledge and understanding of direct sourcing and all appropriate tools
* Ability to speak fluent Welsh and translate English to Welsh and vice versa
* Strong customer relationship management, communication and influencing skills with all levels in all mediums
* Experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast moving environment

In addition, knowledge of recruiting in Marketing, News, Radio, Drama. Vision and Production is desirable and the ability to demonstrate the following personal attributes is key:
