RECORDS MANAGEMENT - SENIOR ANALYST is needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in NORRISTOWN, PA

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide direction and oversight to effectively manage and maintain the corporate Records Management Program, including the ability to articulate the business case for records management, advocate for it in the company and guide, monitor, and assess compliance with the corporate Records Management Policy, Retention Schedule and applicable procedures
- Balance records management and the information needs of the business with the policies and best practices of records management to deliver the proper solutions
- Collaborate with departmental records coordinators to ensure the integrity and accuracy of box content and associated metadata, for both physical records being sent to off-site storage and electronic records stored in Cera
- Working with management and SMEs to develop and maintain an enterprise scan program utilizing Cera
- Work with the vendor to manage the storage and retrieval of records stored off-site
- Manage the records stored in the vault
- Assist legal counsel and management with all aspects of legal holds, issue tracking and investigations while maintaining confidentiality
- Demonstrate working knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements of litigation holds combined with record retention classifications, disposition requirements and access management standards
- Assist in utilization of the records management functionality within Cera to organize and implement the life cycle and final disposition of records
- Ensure the records management program remains compliant with corporate procedures for secure access to information
- Assist in administration and maintenance of the Records Management module in Cera and provide user support to all departments as needed
- Create awareness programs to educate Cera users on the Records Management Program policies and procedures
- Work with Legal department to ensure accuracy of Records Management corporate policies, procedures and standards
- Work with Legal department to ensure the retention schedule is within compliance and current within Federal, state and local regulations
- Support and respond to inquiries from internal customers in an expeditious manner
- Manage concurrent projects and activities as assigned. Use effective judgment in prioritizing and time allocation to produce maximum results
- Partner and build rapport with PJM employees at all levels of the organization to support and monitor specific activities of the function.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BS in Business or related field with an emphasis in information management, records management, library sciences or business administration (or equivalent work experience)
- Two to four (2-4) years of total relevant experience to include records management, program management or project management
- Two to four (2-4) years of experience developing policies, procedures, standards or manuals
- Working knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements related to retention and storage media for records and information as well as applicable records management standards, regulations and requirements.
- Ability to develop flexible business processes to support a changing environment
- Strong writing skills with the ability to prepare documents and presentations for Senior level briefings
- Strong computer skills - Powerpoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint
- Superior organizational skills to produce high quality work products with attention to detail
- Experience maintaining records for audit purposes
