6 month Fixed Term Contract
Leading Investment and Wealth Management Company based in Bath have a fantastic opportunity to join their Corporate Actions team to assist with a Conversions Project on an initial 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
Responsibilities
- To process all Bulk Conversions
- Contact Fund Managers for balances of stock holdings and reconcile to the internal systems
- To deal with any client/IFA/internal queries and be point of contact on timetables for implementation
- Being an established source of knowledge to all IFAs, clients and other staff members
- Record and complete MI on a daily basis
Experience/Qualifications
- Experience within similar administrative role within Financial Services
- Reconciliation experience
- Hard working and high level of attention to detail
