RECONCILIATION TECHNICIAN (BANKING/FINANCIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE EXCEL)

A LEADING FINANCIAL ESTABLISHMENT IS LOOKING FOR A RECONCILIATION TECHNICIAN TO BE BASED IN BRENTWOOD FOR AN INITIAL 6 MONTH CONTRACT.

Reconciliation Technician is responsible for the reconciliation and subsequent resolution of exceptions of their financial accounts. The Technician will be given the authority to manage the reconciliation activity on a variety of accounts and will be expected to control their efficient maintenance.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE RECONCILIATION TECHNICIAN POSITION OF YOU WILL NEED EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING:

- Bank Reconciliation experience
- Previous experience with financial services or Banking
- A high level of attention to detail and experience working to tight deadlines
- Computer literacy together with a working knowledge of Microsoft office products (Excel/Word/Outlook) is an essential skill set for this role. 
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Degree education, preferably in Accountancy or another numerical subject
