Recipe Developer (m/f) for Turkish Recipes

Currently we are searching for a Recipe Developer (m/f) for turkish Recipes.

Your tasks:
+ Execute daily the recipe development process for the production of Turkish recipes cookbook/s and other recipe products with a strong focus on the digitalization of the recipes.
+ Collaborate with external partner/s, food writer/blogger - on recipe development.
+ Manage recipe tester panel: train testers, testing procedures and recipe platform; organize administration related to testers.
+ Provide consultancy and expertise for recipe development and recipe finalization.
+ Drive the integration of developed recipes into Recipe Development Platform (RDPF) and support on tasks related to digitalization of recipes.
+ Understand and apply the corporate recipe development guidelines and style guide.
+ Ensure that all final recipes are compliant with the company quality criteria in both printed and digital versions.
+ Execute the required analysis to ensure the quality of digital/not digital recipes (incl. final proofreading).

The recipe developer will have to manage a network of testers.
The key challenge in the job will be the work in a distributed team where some people are in the office and some people work in Germany or Turkey. For training and testing purposes cooking in the job incumbent’s home will be required..

Key requirements:
+ Higher education
+ Computer literate, proficient in use of internet and having a high digital sensitivity
+ Curious and passionate about food and having an affinity with cooking, eating and tasting
+ Deep knowledge of reference cuisine (Turkish) and cooking
+ Native Turkish language is a main requirement (good speller)
+ Proficiency in English is a must, both written and spoken
+ German or other languages is a plus

+ Independent and able to work on deadlines
+ Organizational and administrative competences
+ Detail oriented and strong passion for tricky brainteasers
+ IT skills: Good knowledge in computer, proficient in use of internet and having a high digital sensitivity.
+ Software: Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Outlook. Willingness to learn new software tools/databases.
+ Experience with creating and testing recipes
+ Recipe writing and proofreading
+ Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
+ Technology oriented person
+ User oriented approach, understanding user interfaces also from a interaction point of view

Skills, which are a plus for the position:
+ Follower of food trends in the reference country (Turkey)
+ Experience in food social media/blogging
+ Relevant culinary experience
+ Additional knowledge like nutrition, food safety etc.
+ Skills in food styling and food photography
