Capita Travel & Events are a multi specialist company offering rail, air and ferry travel, accommodation and meetings & events booking services.

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to assist with the smooth operation of the Reception/Facilities Team and maintain a professional attitude at all times. This role is a part-time maternity leave contract covering 30 hours a week on the 07:30-13:30 shift working Monday-Friday.

The responsibilities of our team of Receptionists include but are not limited to:

* 'Meet and Greet' any visitors, clients and contractors visiting the site in a friendly and professional manner, issue passes and delivery Health and Safety site information and offer and prepare refreshments where necessary.
* Sort postal activities both incoming /and outgoing, maintain reception email box.
* Reserve car parking / meeting rooms and manage buffet and refreshments requirements liaising with housekeeping.
* Assist in managing the company diary which will including booking cars, visitors, equipment and meeting rooms as well as managing pool cars
* Assisting with Health & Safety activities and stationaryany offer of employment made by Capita will be subject to the satisfactory completion of referencing, basic disclosure and financial probity checks.
