Receptionist

Description of Business Environment:
To work in the Farnborough office providing a high standard of hospitality and meeting support to both national and international customers. This post requires a highly motivated, energetic self-starter requiring little supervision, who is prepared to use their initiative in the smooth running of this area.

Specific Job Description:
*Meeting Support
*Ensure all meeting rooms are cleared and ready for next meeting
*Responsibility for all meeting room bookings
*Meet, greet, bookin and appropriately badge all visitors
*Process all visitor/hospitality requests
*Organise couriers
*Co-ordinate incoming/outgoing post
*Receive/sign for deliveries and advise recipients
*Answer all incoming calls and deal efficiently with all customer enquiries
*Maintain adequate stock levels for all kitchens and meetings
*Ensure security requirements, as directed, are adhered to
*Assist OM with ESH requirements, as directed
*Ensure reception area is kept clean and clutter free
*Organise lunches
*Ensure meeting requirements are met
*Assist Office Manager as required
