OVERVIEW

Assist the Rollout Command Center (RCC) with daily requirements associated with converting 25,000+ enterprise end users to the Windows 7. The RCC will monitor the SCCM dashboards during the conversion process to ensure successful completion of each of the task sequences, upon failure of the processes; will attempt to remediate and/or dispatch accordingly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monitor SCCM Dashboard for success task completion and failed processes.
- Dispatch Remedy incident to respective support team.
- Remediate selected failed processes according to documented processes.
- Generate and send out status updates on a daily basis; tracking conversion milestones and top issues.
- Identify and escalate large scale outages such a facility power, WAN and/or SCCM system outage.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

- Experience with SCCM Operating System Deployment to deploy large numbers of computers per night
- Experience with SCCM (2012 preferred)
- Proven ability to prioritize and evaluate competing criteria based on an established set of rules
- Sound technical implementation background with Windows 7 conversions
- Proficiency in a MS Project, Outlook, and Excel and Remedy environments
- Experience with SCCM Dashboard monitoring capabilities
- Ability to think independently and act quickly to resolve issues
- Creative, process driven, thinking
