Main Purpose of Job
Provide tools that help deliver the strategic objectives while packaging best practices through functional leadership.
As part of the brand advocacy toolkit we've identified ratings & reviews as being one of the most influential contact points to drive new consumers from consideration to trial.
Coordinate market adoption on the digital marketing side of key tools: Ratings & Reviews and advocacy platforms.
Work very closely with internal technical teams to test, validate and enhance the core models of these solutions during development and implementation in markets.
Main Responsibilities
Support in selecting the relevant Ratings & Reviews and Advocacy platforms and kick-start their implementation.
It implies:
* Support in running the request for proposal to find the relevant Ratings & Reviews and advocacy tool(s) for Nestlé brands, including gathering learnings from existing pilots, capturing requirements from businesses, evangelising the solution among priority markets
* Define the functional specifications and integrate it with other processes and tools ( consumer feedback tools, community management processes, capturing consumer data into cRM databases)
* Help define the business case including the relevant KPIs
* Identify, design and validate business processes, capture best practices from the markets
* Act as community manager on Chatter to facilitate collaborative work between markets
* Participation to the validation of the Core Model with markets and governance group. This also includes the testing of new application functionalities
* Facilitate market adoption by validating training materials and participating to initial training sessions
* Provide input and validate briefing and communication contents

* Quality best practices, internally and externally
* Detailed functional requirements
* Training material in place for markets

Key Competencies/Skills
Key Skills
* Strong decision making and judgment skills (ability to make logical, pragmatic and structured decisions) (HD)
* Functional and Technical analysis skills with international mindset (HD)
* Fluent in English both written and spoken (HD).
* Ability to think out of the box and find alternative solutions to critical issues (HD)
* Ability to easily communicate and reach alignment among individuals
Knowledge
* Experience with Ratings yet collaborative & respectful working environment in place - Must Have
Start: ASAP
Duration: 4 months (possibilities to extend)
Languages: French and English
