Ran Implementation Manager with product solutions for sites experience and swap experience required to work for a market leading telecommunications company based in the Netherlands, Hague. 3 months initiall contract. Competitive rates

KEY EXPERIENCE:

- Knowledge to provide product solutions for sites
- Can work under big pressure and multi culture.
- Motivation is mandatory.

- Good English speaking and writing is mandatory

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- SITE SURVEY MANAGEMENT
- All the necessary document needed for the visit need to be collected and stored in the Project document system.
- The engineer performing this function will require to manage the different request from the customer and to plan the visit according to the planning requested by the customer.
- Site survey report validation
- Follow up the site survey validation
- Validate this report
- After the site visit the surveyor will send his report
- PO FOLLOW-UP
- The engineer is responsible of the follow-up of the PO received from the customer. He will participate with the customer to the PR creation in order to receive the right order.
- BOQ HDW CHECK
- At reception of the PO the engineer is controlling the BOQ of product and will add the special requirement from the site survey.
- PROJECT TRACKING UPDATE
- In order to have a correct view of the project status a daily update of the tracking database need to be performed
- MR CREATION AND LOGISTIC FOLLOW-UP, For each delivery an MR need to be performed in order to ship the equipment to the site. For each order of the customer, a close follow-up of the logistic workflow will be performed.
- COST FOLLOW-UP
- A monthly review of the cost validation needs to be done in order to process with the purchase order.
- INSTALLATION REPORT VALIDATION. THIS REPORT WILL BE PROVIDED FOR VALIDATION TO THE CUSTOMER
- For each site the installation supplier will provide a detailed description of the work performed.
