We are looking for a Radio Network Planner to work on a contract basis for an international mobile telecommunications vendor, based in Toulouse France.

The role is to work as part of an ongoing SRAN project, taking responsibility for the following duties;

- Swap operation: technical solution and work flow definition, providing daily technical support.
- Support to the vendor and partners on all technical questions.
- Taskforce to RNO and RO for QdF validation.
- Preventive network patrolling and risk management.
- Escalation and analysis to HQ on technical difficulties and urgent network incidents.
- Implementation and introduction management of new products/features/software versions.

Successful applicants will be able to display a proven track record/skill set in the following areas;

- Sound Huawei/NSN 2/3G experience.
- Sound OSS management experience with any vendor.
- Good GSM/WCDMA radio network planning and optimisation & system knowledge.
- Huawei M2000 experience is desirable.
- Swap operation experience is desirable.

The role is a 3 month contract, that will be reviewed and renewed if necessary. The role is working in Toulouse, Southern France therefore the contract requires applicants to speak fluently both French & English and be able to mobilise quickly.Project People Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
