RADIO ACCESS DETAILED LTE PLANNING ENGINEER

- Responsible in detail LTE RAN dimensioning, design and planning.
- Perform LTE link budget analysis, understand and utilize design criteria including coverage, capacity and quality analysis.
- Develop LTE Network  Propagation Model, Simulation, and Analysis using LTE planning tool.
- Ensure data integrity of various morphology/topography databases and drive testing data for LTE model tuning and calibration.
- Perform nominal and detailed LTE RF design, including site selection and site acquisition support.
- Perform LTE Parameter Definition and create cell data design document (CDD) to support site integration.
- Develop, analyze, review and recommend equipment and antennae co-location requirements for different technologies (GSM/WCDMA/LTE).
- Review technical proposal and site survey reports.
- Perform LTE capacity and coverage planning for festive events and new service launches or expansion.
- Manage planning tool database.

Successful applicants will have a MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE OF LTE DESIGN KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNOLOGY. They will have an engineering degree with honors or hold a professional qualification from a recognized body, though extensive industry experience is thought to be of value.
